Lake Wampanoag Wildlife Sanctuary Nature Walk in Ashburnham, MA
Wednesday, April 3, 2024 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.

NRWA Education Associate Gaynor Bigelbach will lead walkers on a leisurely one mile loop through ecologically managed grasslands, and a picturesque red spruce and balsam fir forest. This sanctuary is well loved by birders so please feel free to bring binoculars.

Space is limited so registration is required. (This is a rescheduled event from late fall. If you have recently received an email from Gaynor about this new date you do not need to register again.)

For the safety of all, no dogs are allowed. Appropriate hiking attire is encouraged.

This walk is free and open to the public. Directions will be provided upon registration.

Made possible by a grant from the Doyle General Endowment Fund of the Community Foundation of North Central Massachusetts.

Come explore the wonders of beautiful Central Massachusetts with us!
